Client Policies
Thank you for choosing our facility for your pet care needs. Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for every dog in our care. Please review our policies below before booking services.
General Policies

All dogs must be current on required vaccinations prior to services.

Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, aggression, or bite history before services begin.

Dogs showing signs of illness may be denied services for the safety of other pets.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for any dog displaying unsafe, aggressive, or uncontrollable behavior.

All dogs must be on leash.
Boarding Policies

Personal belongings are welcome but not guaranteed against damage or loss.

Feeding instructions and medications must be clearly labeled and provided at check-in.

Boarding dogs may participate in enrichment activities, daycare, or group play if approved.
Grooming Policies

Matted coats may require additional grooming time and fees.

Grooming can occasionally reveal pre-existing skin irritation or conditions hidden beneath the coat.

For the safety of the pet and staff, heavily stressed or aggressive dogs may require services to be modified or stopped.
Training Policies

Training results vary based on consistency, owner participation, and the dog’s temperament.

No specific behavioral outcome or guarantee is promised.

Owners are expected to continue reinforcement and practice at home after training sessions.
Daycare & Group Play Policies

Dogs participating in daycare or group play must be social and non-aggressive with other dogs and people.

Dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed/neutered to participate in group play.

Female dogs in a heat cycle or pregnant cannot participate.

Staff reserve the right to remove any dog from group activities if necessary for safety or stress management.

Minor scratches, rough play, or normal dog interactions may occur despite supervision.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that schedules change.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

All clients receive one courtesy no-show waiver.

After the first occurrence, no shows made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments can result in a $20 cancellation fee.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit before future bookings.
Late Pickup Policy

Late pickups may result in additional daycare or boarding charges depending on pickup time.

If a pet is not picked up by closing time and we cannot reach the owner or emergency contact, overnight boarding fees may apply.
Emergency Care
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If necessary, we reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment for your pet at the owner’s expense.
Photo & Social Media Policy
By using our services, you grant permission for photos and videos of your pet(s) to be used on social media, advertising, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise requested in writing.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon. Deposits for select services may be non-refundable.
