CGC Certification

The AKC (American Kennel Club) created the CGC certification to evaluate dogs in a relaxed testing environment in which the dog is subjected to ten tests which simulate real world situations that every dog faces on a regular basis. For example, does your dog exhibit good manners at home? Around strangers and other dogs? Dogs are held to a high standard in terms of how they react in these scenarios.
